Need a BLS Class for Healthcare Providers in Memphis?  Register Here

Basic Life Support classes for healthcare providers should always be American Heart Association certified. BLS classes are essentially CPR, Automated External Defibrillator (AED) machine training and basic life support skills taught to nurses, doctors, dentists, and all other medically related jobs that have direct patient contact. Students learn how to do proper chest compressions, rescue breathing, choking intervention and much more on infants, children and adults. In 2010, the AHA changed some of the algorithms based on current research. You will need to learn all of these critical changes if you have not been certified since the 2010 changes.

Watch in this Video how a certified AHA instructor teaches the use of an AED.

As you can see, AED machines are very easy to use if you know how. That is why it is essential for every healthcare provider to renew their BLS certification through the American Heart Association every two years. This training really saves lives.

CPR Memphis teaches Basic Life Support classes as well as Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) classes. During an ACLS class megacodes are done to simulate actual emergency codes. Same with a PALS class, except it is the pediatric version. No matter which class is taken at this training site you will always experience a stress-free and relaxed setting. They believe that a relaxed learning environment is optimal for teaching and learning.  In addition, you will receive your card immediately after class. The instructors are amazing! The hands-on training provides for the best BLS Class Memphis has to offer.
